lacked information and bar was too pricey
the bed and pillows were really good.
the staff seemed to lack communication, a fact that became clear with conflicting information about breakfast times, breakfast only became available very late. the prices in the fire bar seemed high, i thought £16.50 for a glass of wine was just too much.

The room decor exhibited an AMAZING attention to detail, with quirky touches that reflected the building's history. The hotel's location made exploring local attractions easy. The breakfast buffet offered a generous variety of high-quality options, starting my days off wonderfully.
I noticed the room service menu had fewer options available late at night.

average stay with some issues
the tv remote didn't work because of a dead battery and the windows wouldn't open. It was really frustrating. the coffee machine in the fire bar was supposedly broken, but actually they just lacked coffee beans. Communication among staff was poor.
