lacked information and bar was too pricey

the bed and pillows were really good.
the staff seemed to lack communication, a fact that became clear with conflicting information about breakfast times, breakfast only became available very late. the prices in the fire bar seemed high, i thought £16.50 for a glass of wine was just too much.

I found the drop off area quite restrictive. It limited the number of cars, and on checkout, there was a 15-minute wait before walking to the main street with luggage, which just doesn't work when more than one or two cars are involved.
